Dr. Greg Alvarez is a senior partner with Ankle and Foot Centers of Georgia. Born in Niagara Falls, New York, he first came to Atlanta for residency and joined Ankle and Foot Centers of Georgia in 1991. Dr. Alvarez is a founding board member for Fayette Care Clinic, a non-profit clinic in Fayette County, which provides healthcare services to residents of Fayette County, who do not have insurance. Dr. Alvarez is also on the board of directors of International Institute for Foot and Ankle Surgery, and travels annually to Central America to provide medical and surgical services to people in need. Dr. Alvarez and Lori, his wife of 29 years, live in Peachtree City. They have two sons, Grant (25), and Alex (24), and enjoy the beach, traveling, and their Boston terriers.
Teresa This will be Teresa’s fourth year participating in Fayette Celebrity Dancers. She has a developed a love for dance and has enjoyed learning all forms of ballroom and line dancing with Rachel Ferguson. A longtime resident of Coweta County and the Mother of 2 beautiful daughters, a son now serving as a Hospital Corpsman in the US Navy, and 2 wonderful grandchildren. She is also the owner of Helping Hands Cleaning Service for over 25 years. She loves helping to raise money for this year’s charities.
